Need help for Dyson refund 12-20-2020, 04:24 PM
#1
Hello, I'm new to this forum.
I am creating this post because I would like to make a gift to my mother for Christmas on the Dyson website.
I would like to give her this dyson.fr/soin-des-cheveux/dyson-airwrap.
I don't know if the empty parcel method works or if anything else works so if anyone could help me I would be very grateful.
Thanks

Firstly, welcome to our community.

Judging by the Image & description, It appears heavy for the missing Item method.
What's the exact weight?

It's 581 gr for 1 airwrap so i think it's max 5kg all

Evidently you're planning to SE the Item and all accessories, so taking that Into account and the weight at 5Kg, the available methods are somewhat limited.
Boxing Is out of the question- It'll be difficult to calculate the amount of time for 5Kg of dry Ice to sublimate, and It's way too heavy for the missing Item and the partial method. So all that aside, obviously the DNA can be used and depending on Its packaging, the sealed box method Is also suited. The wrong Item received Is an option, but that too depends on how the contents are packaged.
