Hi, guy's, I am usually the kinda guy that never ask for help, but this time I need to try to help my son. and can't make it, I have no skills for this.
Let me explain this to you, my son is a guy that like to game on his Xbox and spend some of his cash he gets from working hard each day, to buy digital games, skins, upgrades, etc... 
he must have spent a couple of thousands on his Xbox account.
But now  He got his account hacked, he contacted Microsoft to asses the situation, and get access back to HIS account, and they CANT !!!
They even say that his account email was changed to another one, so he can't get his account back.

The guy that currently has his account kept the same gamer tag and my son was able  to talk to him before being blocked, and even on discord he manages to speak to that guy, and he said that he bought my son's  account from a guy on a market where they sell hacked accounts and don't want to give him back his account.

My question is, can somebody here,  help me to get back my son's account?
We only got the Gamertag

There is no type of hack right now for what you want to be done.
Your son should have never given it to the guy in the first place.
