Yes Sir that I know , but I wanted to know what things can we do using this , I know that we can make plugins using this for office , I have seen it msdn library where we need to get the office tools pack . If I get one project and see how the code is being done and how these can be implemented then I will be able to make some by my own . Its just this ,

One more question not related to this , Are you using some kind of theme for which your window appear black (not perfectly black though) , it looks very cool and I wanna have it .

It's a switchable theme in VS 2012. Default is the light version.
