If you know how to refund, then you know how to SE. It's the same process: go chat with the rep, tell them about the product, see if they ask for SN\receipt, provide them, wait for product. That may vary depending on the company. If you want to know about Tile, go to search button. Everything you need is in your reach, don't expect to be spoonfed.
