Payment

about the payment, i would like to pay but not per article, we will split our money depending upon the work and first we need some advertisers too.

Here's how you can earn:-
1.I will pay as per your work after i start getting from the ads and will monitor your posts, more the clicks more the money.
2.If you do good we will split profits.
3.Your article can contain your adlinks, advertisements, etc that will be controlled directly by you and only you will earn money with it.

Most people are quite busy ya know.
If they aren't getting payed there is no real reason for them to do articles to you from which you gain the profit from.
They could just do their own blog and cash in some extra income from the advertisements.

To be serious, no one is interested on working with a blog, why don't you make (a) game(s) and make aswell forum with workers? You will get paid for subscription in the game / items etc.

Blog isn't a good idea to get money at all, anyways good luck with this.
