Something much along the lines of "I will need to escalate this, this picture has been reported  on our servers as a "look-out".  I need to you tell me where you purchased this giftcard and I will need you to send the receipt for this."

what I usually say when they want me to send a picture of a giftcard is that I got it in an anonymous gift exchange (such as a secret santa). this has never failed for me.
