Hi together,

i orderd an (for me) expensive wine from amazon (about 300€).

So it arraived today, i personally got the package.
My plan was to say the bottle is broken to get a refund. Is it a good way to go?

My Account is very aged (about 10 years) but had had few refunds this year so but i think its possible.

So first of all sorry for the late response

My last SE was about 2 month ago.

I chatted amazon and said it was broken so they instant refunded me the bottle. It was nice, so now i have a lot of fun of se'ing and try to get better.
