I wonder if he'd return with the Nanocore after he served his sentence.

I'm only speculating, but I'd say one of the conditions of his release, would be to disassociate himself with any Involvement pertaining to Nanocore.

After all, that's the sole purpose of his prison sentence. If my speculation Is Incorrect, he'd be unwise to deal with the tool that was responsible for his apprehension and conviction.
