All you need, Is to establish If they do In fact reply and If so, whether It's In a timely manner.
A general Inquiry will suffice.

They are the only official seller, anywhere else are clones and obviously nothing to do with that company itself. The way it is manufactured makes sure it is impossible to break. If I said that, they would more than definitely ask for a picture for their R&D department.

In this case, I did ask them about shipping method a while ago, and got a reply within 1 working week (a.k.a. 5 days)

I asked whether they support self-pickup lockers, and got a reply saying a physical person is required.
