importante, pero alguien de foro conoce otra herramienta parecida a ello? Que tenga interfaz de usuario

Yes. Keep in mind nmap is going to almost always be the backend of virtually every port scanner/host discovery script. It also does vulnerability scanning, which is pretty reliable.
You can also use Zenmap, Angry IP Scanner, and Masscan. (Zenmap depends on the nmap command line). Any particular reason why you are interested in a different host discovery tool?
