Hello Sir, my most recent SE is a DNA from Amazon. However, I have done a lot of smaller companies too. I believe if we made a spreadsheet, potentially on Google Docs, where anyone can edit it, it would be very beneficial.

Done a Nike DNA about a month ago and was successful within 10 mins on live chat.
Doing another DNA now and they have started a 5-9 day investigation. Clearly got a rep who had his head screwed on! Parcel was left unattended and not handed to me though so hoping for a good outcome!

The driver should've grabbed a signature to ensure It was personally accepted, so be sure to remain adamant that you did not personally receive the package.
