So i ordered 1 shoe and 2 t shirts on a fresh account and when it got delivered i said the shoes were not there. I called support and they escelated to senior team and said they would cross check weights.

How fucked am i?
Nike never does this ever before i think its patched?
Will i get my money back and what should i do now?
