No i cant, asked to talk with a different agent but the agent told me he cant pass me forward to a previouse agent.
Was told if i wanted to start a dispute to contact the carrier, i said "Nike should be the one starting the claim with the carrier since its nike automated system wich chooses randomly wich carrier each customer will get, it should not be the customer the one having to contact the carrier and start claims when they bought with a big and trusted company such as nike."
She said only the recipient can start claims with the carrier.
And basically said i wont be getting a refund from nike side but only from the carrier if i contacted them. Looks like this is a lost case, since i lost angel claire who was gonna ask personally. I still dont feel like giving up tho. U got any ideas?

Email every department you can think of (regardless of relevance), and forward all communications In support of your claim.

You're bound to get an appropriate reply.

How am i supposed to forward all communicatons in support of my claim?. Should i convince the agent to support my claim?
And by emailing every department, what does it mean, whats counted as a department inside nike? There is only 1 nike email for support.
Could u specify a little more?

You need to poke holes in the agents narrative. They often copy paste responses, so it should be fairly easy. If you really want to SE this, you need to look at other avenues, Live chat, email, phone call, Twitter rant, Instagram, etc. Whatever you could think of as if you genuinely had a problem. It also helps to ask for the agent's name in a phone call. If they dont help you they know their job might be on the line.
