Noi, i didnt get a single email from the first investigation justifying anything. Neither from the second investigation. And neither now when she was supposed to ask for an approval. And i was told many times i would get updates regarding my case but no emails. Only new nike shoes emails.

Have you been repeatedly contacted her to follow up your claim?

No i cant, asked to talk with a different agent but the agent told me he cant pass me forward to a previouse agent.
Was told if i wanted to start a dispute to contact the carrier, i said "Nike should be the one starting the claim with the carrier since its nike automated system wich chooses randomly wich carrier each customer will get, it should not be the customer the one having to contact the carrier and start claims when they bought with a big and trusted company such as nike."
She said only the recipient can start claims with the carrier.
And basically said i wont be getting a refund from nike side but only from the carrier if i contacted them. Looks like this is a lost case, since i lost angel claire who was gonna ask personally. I still dont feel like giving up tho. U got any ideas?

tldr is this a regional thing, a single issue, or is Nike actually patched for realsies?

Me and a big group of people recently cant get any r3funds with nike, they act like npcs with their answers and say they cant do anything.
I also opened a new investigation trough phone, but some agents tell me the 1st investigation is denied unapealable, without stating theres 1 ongoing
other agents say theres an ongoing investigation and i have to wait.

Also one of the excuses i get is "The package was signed saying everything was alrgith"
And even after i explain it was not my signature and they didnt take time to check who signed it.
They dont care and say unapealable blabla bla indian npc talk


NIKE just seems extremely hard now.
Any other european brands that are not asos, about you etc, something on the low.

recently did a pair of 6's for 190 , used eb and just exaggarated how distressed i was, refund came in a day

She said after
"I see you been contacting nike with problems due your order"
I imdeatily closed the chat. and had a good laugh xd
Do u think nike can refuse torefund the shoes even if i return them due to me opening many tickets claiming eb? legaly or illegaly.
Also any way i can still do something? Like boxing or ftid, cant do lit cuz i have no magic ink

Well, seems real tough now that you have a whole gallery of history messages claiming EB. Though, nothing is impossible. l say give it a shot and test your luck. Make sure you put as much tape as possible so it makes it hard and prolonging to open. So this way the third party returning service that Nike uses in your country ain't bothered to properly check and just scan it to report it as 'arrived and complete.' If you do return it the normal way update us on, if you got or didn't get the refund and for what reasons so we can better analyse. Good luck my friend.

If i do return it, its gonna be in CTT and im sure they dont check whats inside only the kg, my question is does nike only refund after they check whats inside or does it go to stock somewhere and they dont bother to check it?
