so i ordered 2 tech fleece tops from nike and they just came i was just thinking of boxing them when i noticed they are going to be delivered by Hermes and not dpd (dpd drivers take dna seriously as its damages them but hermes dont care )

hermes driver dropped my package and then just took a picture of my door from a distance with no package in sight (i had it inside) so basically he took the picture way after delivered

the picture is just a picture of my door with no actual physical proof of delivery

im going to DNA this and i tried today and they told me to wait a day as it might get re delivered and shit

has anyone had success with DNA with nike and also what should i be expecting ?

all tips and thoughts are appreciated

Even If the package was Included In the photo, It's useless, and no different to leaving It unattended at the doorstep awaiting theft.

nike told me they are going to email Hermes on an update and if they claim to have delivered the package and i didn't receive it they are going to start an investigation on it

how is it sounding so far

i think they are just going to refund me after the investigation as they will have already checked with hermes

i just dont want the hermes driver showing up to the house it was delivered (neighbor) who does not know whats happening about the DNA

i will update in 2 days when nike updates me

The nature of the DNA triggers an Investigation a lot more often than not, and given the Investigation Is only required to move forward with the claim, there's no cause for concern.

You shouldn't have got your neighbor Involved.

the neighbor is very nice and she knows me personally and shes happy to accept my parcels (non se ) as shes done plenty of times she knows that its nothing too big , its just my first time ever doing a DNA and if she asks im just going they sent me the wrong package and started a claim

Understood - you have a good relationship with your neighbor, which Is a bonus.

My post Is referring to an Investigation opened, whereby your neighbor may be questioned during their assessment.
