I was thinking of acting like that with the EU alternative of BBB did you contacted them after made the complaint ?

After 2 weeks of investigation, I opened the BBB complaint and got my refund 48hours later.

They’re always repeating « the senior team is looking at your case… » and it’s been 1 month and didn’t received anything, can I open a complaint ?

You can open a complaint against any company even if you never ordered from them. They gave me the run around too. BBB doesn't ask you to share any confidential information beside contact infos while making your complaint. A Nike employee will usually contact you within 24hours of your complaint directly thru BBB and from there you *should* hear back from Nike directly.
