I hit Nike a while back, with DNA. I signed the parcel and the picture was taken, I still instantly got my money back, I don't think this should be an issue. When I got a refund, they said that they would conduct an investigation, but they gave me my money back when they said they were going to investigate it, in the same message.

They’re always repeating « the senior team is looking at your case… » and it’s been 1 month and didn’t received anything, can I open a complaint ?
