I have noticed that this forum had/has problems with spam bots.
I have a ton of experience running/moderating forums so I decided I would try to help out.
Number 1
This is a must have for every forum!
The plugin "Register Time" Will detect how fast a user registers, spambots such as xrumer usually register on forums under 5 seconds, this plugin will now allow these registrations to infiltrate your forum!

"Registration Security Question"
This plugin will add a security question to your registration page, if you make custom questions for your forum, bots will not know the answer!
This plugin will stop 60% of spam at the front lines!

"Fassim Anti Forum Spam"
This plugin is amazing, it blocks most bots and proxies, it also blocks spam emails to keep your forum safe and clean.
