Yo boys, just did my first Amazon refund of an item of $150. I'm really happy i did it, i was nervous while chatting with the rep but everything went fine afterall.
I used the "box was empty" method because i had signed the package, the rep started making me some questions but afterall i insisted and he issued a refund.
It was really easy and it only took 10 minutes of chat.
