Bear with me. Last December I ordered 3 items from a pretty popular online store (300$). I claimed PEB: 2 out of 3 items were missing. For a month CS ignored me, then they start an investigation with their warehouse.

I could also pull UNO reverse on them and film fake unboxing video, change metadata and send it to them. Which would be hilarious.

You've been brooding on this for 6 months? I almost feel sorry for you hehe. Better not create a legal trail of paperworks? 
If you can pull the UNO reverse safely, that would be funny indeed.

No, I just filed a complaint and turned in all the evidence. It took them this long to view the complaint and come up with the verdict lol. The funniest part is, they took the side of the company. Apparently the companies never lie or do wrong lol. I don’t mind trails, since I won’t be hitting this company again.

I might just try that pal!

Klarna didn’t care at all. They took the side of the company and they usually will if you don’t have like a killer evidence for your claim!

I would suggest everyone to start making “unboxing videos” for your EB/PEB/MEB.

Most parcels can be opened on both ends. Just open it from the bottom, take out what you want, tape it up, place it on the table and open it from the top while filming

A 5-10 second video should be enough. That’s what I did for the first time this autumn and it worked.
