I've made a lot time ago my own proxy scraper, it's using public proxies from proxy lists on popular proxy websites. I'll probably add more sources in future.

Some of my friends told me that it's not working, i think you should disable your AV but not sure (I don't use AV and it works for me). Yet if it looks suspicious for you, go on and decompile it, you'll see that there's nothing mailcious in code.
