There was no verification and for proof of delivery its literally just the package in the delivery guys hand so it doesn't show the package actually outside the house

The tracking for the order shows it was delivered on 25/04 and there is a picture of the delivery on the page.

Was the package handed to you without a signature, or was It left outside with a photo taken?

If so, you can say you've found the package, then return the phone for a legit refund, and SE another company.
