I've tried to do DNA

What type of verification (If any) was required on delivery?
There was no verification and for proof of delivery its literally just the package in the delivery guys hand so it doesn't show the package actually outside the house

their saying their gonna block the phone

What was their exact response?
and this was their response:
The tracking for the order shows it was delivered on 25/04 and there is a picture of the delivery on the page. If you definitely do not have the phone, we will block it so no one can use it, and will submit an enquiry with the courier.

and contact the courier for more information

They've opened an Investigation with the carrier to check GPS/tracking records.
