Contact Muscle Pharm here with a story about how your last experience with their product wasn't up to par. I was shooting for a refund check, but all I could finagle was a replacement. Here's the email exchange I had with their customer service rep Brian (good guy) so you'll see how it goes down without being able to copy & paste my excuse.
