Mr Porter Refund 12-22-2018, 05:00 PM

Hi guys!
I want your option and advice, has anyone completed a Mr Porter refund before? How has it gone and of course, was it successful! I am looking to place an order on some shoes (£600) however, am planning on going ahead with a refunder in order to complete this order!
-
I’d want to know how Mr Porter are with these types of situations, if they’re easy or difficult to deal with!
Best regards
