So a few months ago I got upgraded from my kyocera hydro xtrem to the moto x. I am wondering. Do I wait till the warranty is up then root it or say f it and root it now? I miss root. My hydro was rooted and I loved it. But I'm not sure if I should root my moto x or not. Any help? If so I'll post how I do it.

If you can go back to defaults then yes, else wait for warranty to end.

Yeah I know I can unroot. I think I'll wait. I talked to my dad and I guess I have had this phone longer thani thought. So once it hit 6 months in a few weeks I'll root it. I miss root bad.

That's not true. They can check if the phone has been modified. The only way to get rid of it 90% of the time is to get Triangle Away from the play store.

Well as far as I care. They fixed my other phone that was rooted and it wasn't on warranty.

Root it now! Everything is better with root. If you root it, there's always ways to remove traces that you did it.
