You got to be kidding me?
Games are like my own children, how can I differentiate between them?
How can you expect me to praise one over the others?

No seriously, I absolutely adore:
PS1 -
Resident Evil 3, Tekken 3, CTR, Syphon Filter series, Lara croft - Tomb raider 2, Twisted Metal series, WWF Smackdown 2

NES -
Contra, Super Mario 1-3

Sega -
Mortal Kombat 3

Nintendo DS -
Pokemon Diamond, Platinum, Black 2, Another Code: Two Memories

PC -
Resident Evil 4, Prince of Persia series, GTA series

J2ME -
Virtual Villagers, Fishing off the hook

There are many more, but these above are my "favourite kids" :Innocent:

I don't know about most awesome, or my favourite, but I definitely remember having a lot of fun playing the Crash Bandicoot games on the PS1. And Tag Team Racing on the original XBox.

Prince of Persia-The Two Thrones, Crusty Deamons, and
Need For Speed-Most Wanted on PS2

F-Zero GX for GameCube. Epic futuristic racing game!

The whole sly series! I've spent hundreds and hundreds of hours playing those games with my brother. So many hours, so many tears, so much fun.
I even bought the sly 4 but it was a bit of a disappointment. Sucker Punch Productions made my childhood.

Ehm. Half-Life series? Anyone?
