Monitor refund? 05-09-2022, 05:42 PM

I bought an iiyama 24 inch monitor from a Dutch site called bol.com. The weight is 5,3kg.
The site is pretty much the Dutch version of Amazon, but items are sold by 3rd party sellers instead of the company itself.
I've got 10 legit orders and no SE attempts done before on this account.
The 3rd party seller I'm trying to SE (big sized company) is called Yorcom and also sells electronics on their own site.
I read their terms & conditions and this is their refund policy (translated from Dutch):
The package was dropped off on my doorstep, so it wasn't signed or anything.
Now I'm wondering which SE method I should go for:
- I can't do FTID because Bol.com is very strict regarding returns (they most likely check every package)
- Same as above for boxing method.
- I can't do EB because the item is way too heavy.
The only other method I can think of that might work is DNA, because there's no proof the package arrived (no signature, package was dropped off instead of handed to home owner).
What do you guys think and what should I do in this case?

Quote:Delivery is made to the address you have provided to us. If delivery is delayed, or if an order or service cannot or only partially be executed, you will be notified as soon as possible. The deadline for this is 30 days after you have concluded the (purchase) agreement. After this period you have the right to dissolve the agreement without costs and to claim any compensation.
After dissolution, we will refund the amount you have paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after dissolution.

What is real, will prosper.
