Missing goods declaration form 06-09-2022, 05:18 PM
#1
Have been asked to fill in a missing goods declaration form that has asked for signature as well as the statement, "You may treat this as my written declaration of loss or damage." Was wondering if it was fine to sign this?
Many thanks

Please provide the entire contents of the document.
I can confirm that these items were not received at the address below or were received damaged and cannot be returned. Please enter the full delivery address below.
I then need to add my address, signature, name, postcode and date.
Followed by, "You may treat this as my written declaration of loss or damage."
