hello SL members , sorry for my noob questions , so I've read a lot of articles about BTC mining but i still didn't understand the full concept , i understand that u use your CPU and GPU for that reason , so as far as i understand you just need to install the software on your machine and start mining or what ? if so , what are those software people are using example ? / , i've also read some RATs have the option of Mining !!!? How is really that Mining on slaves work ? how those ''ratters'' use this option ? . Thanks for Reading .

Mining is the process of generating new Bitcoin (or any other similar cryptocurrency) by a brute-force-like method.

GPUs are generally better at tasks like this, so GPU-based mining has become quite popular.

You install a mining software or OS and start mining.

Some people RAT many computers and mine on all of them, so they have the advantage of being able to mine using all those computers' power.

Mining is popular with RATS since BTC is decentralized and can be laundered quite easily. You can mine the BTC on some of your RATS, float it through a few wallets (or if you know where, put it through a darknet laundering scheme; but unless you are in the know about where these exist whatever you usually find on the Darknet is a scam).

All BTC mining amounts down to is computing the next "Hash", which essentially means doing a bunch of tedious mathematics until you succeed in finding the solution. These hashes get more difficult with every single one mined, hence making Computing Power a scarce resource and leading to the Free Market Currency that are cryptocurrencies. GPUS are better at this because of the fundamental way they work. A GPU can process many different possible solutions at once, whereas a CPU can only process as many possible solutions as it's physical/virtual cores allow.

If you want to mine with RATS you would need some system of discreetly connecting to the blockchain and begin computing hashes. In the more advanced versions of these RATS, these are usually custom built programs, and depending on what kind of network of RATS one may own, they may pool together their resources in order to more efficiently compute the solution (Like one's own "cloud mining rig"). How it works is that once you have R.A.Ted several computers for regular R.A.T there are options that let u mine BTC and you set it up like how you would usually set up a CPU or GPU miner. After set up the Slaves will mine BTC for you so you don't need to waste your own power and electricity!
