I once tried to DNA a company that wouldn't cancel an order. I gave them plenty of notice to cancel my order within a timely manner and I used PP to try and dispute it with DNA.
PP threw away my DNA claim when the company showed the tracking information showing delivered. I was pretty pissed so I had to call my bank and used them to dispute it lol.
I rarely do chargebacks but screw PP. Not that it relates to this but I just wanted to share my experience with PP disputes.
