Or perhaps It can be done via the Registry or the Group Policy Editor.

Turns out that Microsoft also added more bloat in the new context menus, they added some video editor called ClipChamp (a video editor that Microsoft acquired on 22nd November last year), looking at their website it looks like some random shitty free video editor.

Yet another piece of garbage added.

It's pretty simple - If you want a video editor, or any software for that matter, download and Install It yourself. We don't need Microsoft to make Implementations on what they believe would benefit users.
