Microsoft still does not respond to PP claims? I have aged paypal account (~4 years with ~$500k in CC transactions) and want to SE surface pro 9 laptop (~$2k). Do I have to contact Microsoft, or i just open a PP dispute and claim item DNA. I want to order from microsoft DE or microsoft PL

There are several stores that don't answer PP claims.
U should probably went with another method than going direct to a PP claim.
You put urself against the wall before even the SE started.
That's not the best position to be in.

i first tried to SE Microsoft but couldnt get no luck after some emails and stuff. I tried to claim DNA. Then resulted to just doing a PP claim on it, this was a few months ago. I heard from a homie that Microsoft didnt respond to his PP DNA claim. he did contact support first and they just said to basically do a charge back and provide the support chat of them saying so. basically giving the green light. im probably going to do another order on Microsoft and check it out.
