Method to generate Dell invoices?

Has anyone figured out how those guys selling Dell invoices generate them? I've been scratching my head trying to figure this out. I'm guessing they sent a Rat to Dell technical support and now have access to Dell's system any other theories or answers?

I believe it's something to do with them cracking dell user accounts n grabbing the invoices? I'm not sure how Dells invoice system works. I'm pretty certain it won't be the rat theory due to the fact that there's hella people selling invoices and they could probably do a lot more than just sell invoices for money.

Yes somehow a lot of people are selling legitimate Dell invoices less than 30 days old necessary to SE them these days.

That does sound more logical if that's how they are doing it then the config probably isn't for sale at least publicly.

In my view, I believe there's a couple of possibilities.

As @Parliament mentioned, cracked accounts or from an Internal source- an employee who's leaking the Information. Without naming specifics, I've worked for one company whereby the "general manager" was Involved In secretly distributing confidential details In exchange for money and/or Items of value. So It wouldn't surprise me If a Dell employee Is Involved.
