From my experience saying the item simply doesn't turn on works the best with most electronics. I have only boxed items under 100g by sending empty box and since the quest 2 is 503g according to google you will need to use a weight substitute such as dry ice.

I purchased an actual Meta Quest 2 from the meta site through PayPal. Told meta DNA after it arrived, they sent me an email saying they wont do anything because “too many people in my area have had the same issue”. So I screenshotted the email, opened dispute with PayPal and got my money back. Meta doesnt respond to disputes as of right now.

Told meta DNA after it arrived, they sent me an email saying they wont do anything because “too many people in my area have had the same issue”. So I screenshotted the email, opened dispute with PayPal and got my money back. Meta doesnt respond to disputes as of right now.

Do you think it is possible to hit them twice with PP dispute on the same PP and adress?

question about the PP dispute, if i put the name on the package of META other than the name of my paypal account, can i still open PP dispute? anyone has info about reselling the quest 2 without META blocking it for fraud? thank you

If it goes smoothly, that shouldn't be an issue. However if PayPal decides to really verify what's going on, it might be an issue. That's part of Social Engineering though, you adapt to the situations you are put in. PayPal decides to tell you the package name and your name aren't matching, "Well, I was out of town so I put down my fathers name in case a signature and ID were needed." Just use your noggin to think a little, it will help you be successful in most cases.

Yes, just keep your PP transaction history looking legit by adding a few $1-$5 purchases and you will be fine.
