So i orderd and they have a limited time you got a free elite strap - is than a problem when its in the box or should i only say the quest 2 was missing and elite strap was in?

I would say that telling them that the box was entirely empty is better, because it won't make sense that 1 thing was in it and the headset was missing. Anyways I am talking from experience after successfully SEing them using the aforementioned method

Update: Got my Oculus today got in chat an told the exact story. Rep was very helpful and i had to send the pics from empty box.

Then i got an email that they have to look further 3-5 business days for a solution.

Later i got another email from a different rep says the following:

Greetings from Meta Store Support. Hope this email finds you well.

Thank you for the extended patience. I wanted to let you know that we are going to open an investigation regarding your missing packages. This can take some time to conclude and may potentially involve the courier service provider reaching out to you directly and coming back to do an investigation on site.

I always wonder, if you state its Empty Box, cant they just check the weight? Or they are assuming carrier has stolen it?

For some reason they just totally ignore the weight and/or are too lazy to even use the weight as a reason not to refund.
