People may have to pivot to that method instead because the success rate with EB has taken a massive hit. You should try it and report back.

Someone reported a success with the method a day or 2 ago but from they said they really had to fight for it, they made threats of legal action and such.

Yes - I chased them up on chat yesterday. They said they were still looking into it, so I told them I wasn’t satisfied with how long it was taking. Received an email an hour later saying they were still looking into what happened but they’d processed the refund 👍🏻

If there are no Inconsistencies with their Investigation, the refund will still stand.

It’s been two weeks too here, I just chatted with a rep but he said investigation was still ongoing and to wait, despite the fact that I showed my displeasure
