Message Blocked Amzon support 04-29-2024, 10:10 AM
#1
Hey, guys! Does anyone else gets this Message blocked error when trying to reply to an email from Amz CS? I get this when I try to reply to their message. If I send them new email they get it, but when I try to reply, i get this error. I am using gmail, haven't tried on other mail servers. Anyone else with this problem?

Yes me and a few other people. It seems to be the latest trick in great customer service.
Change your account email and restart the process. My gmail got blocked, but outlook worked fine.

it doesn't make any sense for them to block reply and people have to start another inquiry for the same thing. Maybe it's something temporary or they do it to a particular location or mail server

Sense? No this is idiotic. Amz CS has lost the plot, or they're banning Gmail addresses. Maybe they have an issue with Google or Gmail is a common source of fraud. Just ignore the annoying customer request and make it go away, right?
Regardless, this is what happened and what worked.
Probably using another mail service will resolve the issue. I will try it.
