Doing Mercari SE what is the best approach to getting a refund. I also payed with paypal. I wanna know if anyone else has done a reselling website (goat, poshmark, offerup.) Please let me know any and all info is helpful

Why not SE the site directly?

If that fails, PayPal can be used as a backup. If the SE succeeds against the site, you've saved a PayPal claim for another SE.

I know this thread is a bit old. I am about to try invis ink. My strategy is to claim the product didn't work. Request a return/refund. And then ship back a box with same weight but make sure it gets lost in transit Wink

If Mercari doesn't side with me I'll file a paypal claim. Let me know if you've tried something similar.

If you make a PP claim on reselling sites, the individual will have the money debited from their account.
Mercari will not pay for it.
