Minimum System Requirements

And dont throw your old computers. Matriux can turn it into a powerful system. The minimum system requirements for running a Matriux lite edition:

Intel-compatible CPU (i486 or later)
32 MB of RAM for text mode, at least 96 MB for graphics mode with KDE (128 MB of RAM is recommended to use the various office products)
bootable CD-ROM drive, or a boot floppy and standard CD-ROM (IDE/ATAPI or SCSI)
standard SVGA-compatible graphics card
serial or PS/2 standard mouse or IMPS/2-compatible USB-mouse

compared with established Pentesting OS' nothing new at all and rather 'stripped'

It does look kinda slick though. I also like the fact that the tools are actually described as well or at least
have a link to sources.

I would rather use black ubuntu. This has nothing special about it they should of gone for a 64 bit architecture and I would of maybe thought about trying it.

Backtrack5 is anticipated in June. All these so-called pentesting OS's don't stand a chance with BT5 out.. or in fact BT4

lol I try out this OS and well there is nothing more interesting in this one,
by the way elli0tdark you know right when BT5 is out every other pentest OS's won't stand a chance,
it would support now 32x and 64x ,
it will be released on
BackTrack 5 Public Release – May 10th. <-
