I would put refunding in the 'grey hat' category. Nobody's forcing customer service agents at gunpoint to issue a refund to us. Its hardly illegal. Unethical yes, illegal no. Whereas in the 'black hat' category we have actual fraud such as Bank fraud/carding/spoofing which is different and illegal as it hurts innocent people.

They posted about making money illegally in the Social Engineering section of the forum (the majority of the things talked about here are illegal). I'm 99% sure he's not trying to get tips on cooking the best meth or trying to get hired as a cartel pilot.

100%, many of these types of threads have been closed by mods as its not allowed to be discussed, you're right. We also shouldn't mislead users you're spot on.

We differ on our thoughts on refunding but I respect your opinion. I hope the mod closes this thread.
