I just want to know if it is possible to make Anti-Virus like Avast, Avira or anything similar in python. I don't think its possible but i want to be sure. / Peace and Love.

It's not as simple as stealing someone's source code, but yes, it's possible.
Although if you're new to Python, I doubt that you'll be able to start working on a anti-virus any time soon. You see, building an anti-virus is far more complicated than you think. Your anti-virus will rely on a virus definition that MUST be updated daily in order to detect new threats to someone's computer, you'll end up spending more time updating your virus db than actually coding your AV. Anti-viruses are not easy to make and maintain, that's why they require companies and sufficent manpower to keep them up to date.

For me I would say choose another language because python is not suited for this task, You might wanna take a look into C/C++, C#

Python is generally not suitable for any work with malware/virusses. This is due to it being a high level language.

Technically you can somehow replicate the behavior of AV software, but it'll be no where as advanced or useful as the commercial ones. The thing is, that those applications are written in C/C++ etc. Low level languages which can dig deeper into the operating systems processes etc.
