Hi. I was in the process of SEing Macy's with DNA. Account with 5+ history but only <5 orders. First SE with them. I started the claim using their online chatbot, and received an email within 12 hrs saying:

"We have investigated the order in question and concluded that due to previous excessive claims of non-receipt  received, we are unable to credit or reship your merchandise.

Additionally, we will no longer be able to process any reshipments or credits to this billing name and shipping address."

Given this is my first SE with Macy's, I'm quite surprised to see this.

^ It's pretty simple, have you addressed this with Macey's?

Namely the fact that It's the first claim of Its kind?
