contacted them again today, as per the investigation the driver is supposed to go back and take a photo where he left it/ see if its there. im a bit concerned as this means he will be coming to my house. although it was handed to a person i live with im wondering if he will knock and ask. although he is not supposed to and he marked it as left unattended

You're not obligated to answer the driver's questions and concerns, so completely Ignore him.

Everything is looking good so far has been quite a long process with a few phone calls however today i was told they're nearly at the end of the investigation process in which a refund will be issued either Friday or Monday next week taking so long due to the high value of the item (3.5k)
