MacBook SE with Serial Number

Yeah, I managed to get a serial number of a MacBook serial number with AppleCare+. Could someone give me a valid reason for them to replace and not ask me to send it back for repair? Thanks!

They will request the Item be returned, Irrespective of the reason given.

You can use the disposed of the faulty Item method.

Honestly not worth the headache. Apple will require it to be returned, and if you try to box them, they'll require both a carrier investigation and a police report. Even at that point they won't do anything. That was my experience. I lied about filing a police report to see what'd they say and good thing I didn't. If anyone's had luck recently with Apple directly with the SN let me know because I sure failed big time.

So they require a police report? Damn, okay, that’s good, i was going to try s/e them with a apple watch warranty, so you’re saying it won’t work? i’ll throw my mind off that, got any other suggestions/sites? i’m seriously broke asc

Claim It's faulty and when they request the return, box them. It's light enough to do so without the need for dry Ice.

If an Investigation Is opened, no big deal - It's simply part of company protocol to move forward with the claim. So too Is a PR, hence there's no cause for concern.
