Hello everyone,
I have a MSI laptop which is worth around 1500$. I have bought it from a online webstore which is not msi.
I'm planning to try a refund/replacement with the S/N I have but would it be best to contact MSI or the webstore itself?

Have an In depth read of both the web store and MSI's return policy, Identify the grounds on which a refund/replacement Is Issued, and make your decision based on your findings.

Depending on how said webstore is when it comes to replacements (send it back, repair center, DNAs) it may be best to do that. However sending it to MSI would likely work well considering you have the laptop to prove.

Oh man MSI is a PITA to wok with.
Before, i tried a legit RMA because one of the components did not work as intended, and their policy was so strict that you could not even profit from it. lostintransit and all of that.
Plus, they check and dont send anything after at least 30 business days.
