hi i've been trying to SE a b550 motherboard from gigabyte for a while now so i managed to get an RMA form i bought a shipping label (they refund it) and i sent a package with a bunch of odds and ends that a guy who works in a warehouse could put in my box in case he steals what's inside. ( method found on @mothered's website)

Gigabyte just received the package and sent me pictures of what's inside saying that they didn't receive my b550 and that if it's not what I sent I need to contact the shipping company.

What do you think? Gigabyte is not responsible for this problem and my SE failed?

they ask me to contact the carrier they just sent me more pictures and I told them the place that was not supposed to be covered with tape and opened, now I'm waiting for their answers they don't seem to be facing this situation regularly.

I don't know if I should really contact dpd or if I should come back to them in 2 days and tell them that they can't do anything to help me when I don't have the time.
