Do the drivers for the carrier In question actually leave packages at the premises, or do they (only) strictly request a signature on delivery?
They require a signature I don’t believe they leave it outside but that doesn’t mean to say it hasn’t happened before and that it won’t happen when they deliver mine
I see your point, and It could work (or fail) depending on a very Important factor as follows.
If they have a 100% record of obtaining a signature on delivery, then It will well and truly work against your claim- more than likely fail.
What if i fake sign? And it is due to arrive tomorrow delivered by UPS. The website says it WILL need a signature. It says it also weights 0.80 KG. Do you have any ideas in what i could do to make this work in my favour?

800 grams Is too heavy for the missing Item method and given It's arriving tomorrow, there's not enough time to use the wrong Item received method.
As you've suggested, use a fake signature but do not "Immediately" call/contact them after you've received the delivery. In doing so, will Indicate you're aware that the package arrived at that given point In time. As far as you're concerned, you've been waiting all day for the package, but didn't receive It.
When using the DNA method, to be on the safe side, It's good practice to wait a day or two after the scheduled delivery date before contacting the company. Again, do remember that you're (seemingly) waiting for the delivery, hence have no Idea when It arrived.

As mothered said previously. Find out the weight of the actual belt and claim it was empty or buy a fake item and say you received a fake belt. (this may give the impression that someone returned a fake belt to them and they in turn sold it to you.

If she used her real signature (which I'm sure she did) and they open an Investigation, It may complicate the SE and work against you.
I've come across one case similar to this, whereby due to the package being signed by someone other than the account holder, the company requested a copy of an Identification document containing a signature. They compared It with the signature on the carrier's manifest and It matched, hence deemed as delivered and accepted.
This was an extreme case, but my point Is (although not very likely), companies can take this course of action.
