Looking to SE a GPU from Newegg 02-28-2022, 12:45 AM

I have an 8 year old account on Newegg with a 5 orders from 6-8 years ago that I have never SE'd on. How doable would it be to SE a GPU worth around $1.3k shipped and sold from Newegg?
What does the DNA process entail? Would sealed box work for GPU's? (Cardboard blocking all sides of product)

I had a successful DNA with Newegg on a 3090ti. They initiated a ups claim, then requested a PR, I missed that email and they canceled the claim. UPS reached out to me and asked my story, they determined it was delivered to the wrong address, it required a signature, but the driver signed himself when asking for my last name.
Provided a different last name, ups then approved the claim and I reached out to Newegg the following day to reopen the claim. They verified it was approved by ups and reshipped another 3090ti.
So 2x 3090ti, and ups again signed the for the package themself and left it on my front porch. Attempting to get a refund for it now.

I ended up avoiding the SE at that time.
