Looking for a PHP coder for a project

Intro
So I'm looking for a PHP coder, or at least someone who is good in writing PHP code.
First of all, not everyone will be allowed to participate in this project, to prevent someone stealing the source.
That's why not everyone is allowed to help me on the project.

What project is it?
I bought the source of an online SQLi exploiter, some of you might even know it. The code is a few years old, so it needs some tweaking, but it does still work.

What do I need from you?
I would need someone to help me with following things:

Update the code so it works on the newest PHP version
Add new vulnerabilities to the exploiter
Add some extra PHP scripts I want to add to the site
Help updating the code in the future

How does this generate income?
The guy I bought it from made some good money with selling subscriptions for access to the website.
Advertisements will also be added (not many), so that would be the income generated from the site.

What do you gain from it?

Lifetime access for you and 2 other people of choice.
35 % of all profits, from the advertisements AND subscription money.

The cost of the VPS and extra other costs will all paid by me.

I hope that someone is interested and we can start a nice project here.

If I knew php code I'd help. Ask @mothered and @Customer they've been around for ever.

If I wasn't so busy with car audio and madden I'd try and learn it to help...
By the way my first competition I will ever partake in is coming soon!
